Event & Wedding Consultant/Assistant Manager

Duties:

  1. Responsible for event / wedding planning, preparing and on-site supervision
  2. Handle customers’ enquiries by providing information and suggestions, recommending customers appropriate services
  3. Coordinate with sales and operative departments throughout pre-event, event and post event
  4. Day to day liaison with customers on job progress
  5. Able to work independently for wedding or meeting with customers
  6. Recognize upselling opportunities to actively maximize revenue
  7. Monthly Salary + Commission:  $18,000+ – $22,000+
  8. Less experience will be considered as Wedding Consultant

Requirements:

  1. Form 7 / DSE Graduates or above discipline
  2. Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in Wedding or related event planning experience is preferable
  3. Self-motivated, positive attitude and good team player
  4. Able to work under pressure
  5. Proficiency with MS Office
  6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage

Accounts Clerk

Duties:

  1. To handle full set of accounts
  2. Preparation of reports for management (e.g. statement of accounts, stock record, cash flow etc.)
  3. Take care of company’s payroll, taxation, petty cash

Requirements:

  1. Form 7 / DSE Graduates or above with LCCI certificate
  2. Min.1 years or above experience in accounting
  3. Familiar with common accounting software & MS office (e.g. Excel, MYOB)
  4. Experience in wedding services, restaurant company is a definite advantage
  5. Highly self-motivated and well organized
  6. Immediate available will be an advantage

Admin Clerk (Event & Wedding)

Duties:

  1. Perform general clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing, etc
  2. Responsible for editing invoice, documents and reports
  3. Provide full admin. & coordination support to the different department
  4. Handle customers enquiries by phone, email and whatsapp
  5. Assist in ad hoc projects and participating in wedding expo

Requirements:

  1. Form 7 / DSE Graduates or above discipline
  2. Min.1 years or above experience in administration, experience in wedding services and restaurant company is a definite advantage
  3. Proficient in Chinese and English word processing
  4. Familiar with MS office
  5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  6. Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill
  7. Shift duty is required (11:00-20:00 from Mon-Sun, 9 working hours a day)
  8. Immediate available will be an advantage
